New Year Drum Lessons

Start the year with good intentions

Happy new year and welcome to 2018! It’s a new year and this is a common time to set goals, make resolutions and promise to ourselves that we will do that thing that we’ve been meaning to do for a while but keep putting off.

I have a list of stuff that I’m determined to do this year and they mostly involve being less consumed with work and having more time to do leisure activities….mainly things like climb cliffs and jumping out of planes and various other pursuits that my wife would rather I didn’t do!

But for me work is drumming so I actually love it and being consumed by work isn’t such a bad thing! And therefore it’s also a great time for making drumming goals. I have a few creative things that I want to launch this year as well as technical aspects that I want to develop.

I speak to lots of people who tell me they want to start drumming, or played when they were younger and lost touch with drumming but now want lessons to reconnect with that passion.

And the new year is the best time to do it.
